KOCH, Broker

 Bruce has
36 years in Community Development. Born in Chicago, he obtained
a BA degree at St. Olaf College in Minnesota and his MBA from
W. Michigan University. After 17 years as Development Broker
and VP for Frankel Development in Michigan, Bruce moved to
Florida as Real Estate One's National Director of New Homes.
In
1985 Bruce became Development Broker and VP of Landfall in
Wilmington. After 17 wonderful years, Bruce switched to Porters
Neck Plantation in 2002, where he has spent the most enjoyable
4 years of his career.

Carole
is originally from Belgium and came to the United States as
an "Au Pair". She lived in New York for 18 years
working for the Belgian Consulate and with her husband in
his Optometric Practice. In search for a different lifestyle,
they moved with their two daughters to Wilmington in 2003
where she obtained her real estate license. She truly enjoys
working with all the wonderful people moving to Porters Neck
Plantation.
